EG 2007
EG 2007, (a.k.a. Entertainment Gathering 2007) was a spectacular event held for three days at the Getty Center in Los Angeles. The event is a sibling of the TED events which were started by Saul Wurman in 1984. Keith was part of the program titled "Nerd Alert," which included others such at Paul Horowitz, Marvin Minsky, Jared Diamond, and Brian Greene.
Keith gave a short talk which emphasized the empirical and experimental basis of physics, the non-sensical nature of quantum mechanics, and provided a glimpse into the ongoing work in the laboratory to create quantum superposition states in mechanical structures.
